Use of Service
PictuBook provides an AI-powered personalized storybook creation service. By using our service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Content & Uploads
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant PictuBook a limited license to process those photos solely for generating your personalized storybook. We do not use your uploads to train AI models.
Credits & Payments
Credits are non-refundable once used to generate a storybook. Unused credits do not expire. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Intellectual Property
Generated storybook content is provided to you for personal use. PictuBook retains rights to the underlying AI models and platform technology.
Limitation of Liability
PictuBook is provided 'as is.' We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
